Yes. Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached.
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we will consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship. Please include your proof of purchase with the products you wish to return or exchange and include it in your package of returned item(s). We will reimburse the original cost through your original method of payment or as a merchandise credit. To protect our customers and ensure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange in certain situations, including:
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products showing excessive wear and tear
- Products damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
- Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated
Refunds are processed within about 7 business days. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction so the funds may not show up until your credit card’s next billing cycle. The balance will always be returned to the original card.
If you are returning an item for a refund, we estimate the entire process to be 15-20 business days for shipping and processing. Your refund will be issued after we receive your returned order.
All third-party shipping carriers like UPS and USPS are subject to experience short delays at random. Please allow at least 3 business days for a delayed shipment to be processed and delivered. If your order has not arrived after 3 business days, please contact Customer Support at email@example.com.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $75. For expedited shipping, rates will depend on your location.
Standard shipping for international orders is a $25 flat rate.
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package — the value is the retail cost. Packages cannot be marked as “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Orders can take up to 10 business days to process and be shipped. Tracking information is provided via email. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries. We recommend selecting standard shipping for these orders.
Shipping times start when your package has left our shipment center and received by the shipping carrier. Please allow us 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. Most domestic orders with valid addresses placed before 10:30am PST (M-F) will be shipped out same-day. If you are in urgent need for an order placed after 10:30am PST, please contact our customer support team.

Yes! Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days once it leaves our fulfillment center. Please allow for 1-2 business days to fulfill your order.

The top 5000 people with the most referrals will be able to earn stocks. Your place on the leaderboard determines the number of stocks you are eligible to receive. All stocks will be vested over a 4 year period.

No, anyone who signs up for Ouragins Elite will get the 10% lifetime discount and perks regardless of their leaderboard status and yearly spend. The first 5000 Elites will receive stocks on top of the Elite perks if they choose to meet the minimum spend for the year.
No, the Elite program is just a pre-launch program meant to give back to our customers. Signing up for the Elite program is free and does not require any sort of commitment (monetary or otherwise). Anyone can sign up to gain the 10% lifetime discount and pre-launch access to our store.
That being said, if you are in the top 5000 and you decide you do want Ouragins stock, you must complete the $500 spend in order to claim your stocks. There are no repercussions if you do qualify for the stocks and you decide you do not want to complete the $500 spend.
Given that you meet the $500 yearly spend, the stocks are vested over a 4 year period as follows:
- Tier A: 2625 stocks in year 1 and 125 stocks in years 2-4 for a total of 3000 stocks
- Tier B: 625 stocks in year 1 and 125 stocks in years 2-4 for a total of 1000 stocks
- Tier C: 125 stocks per year for a total of 500 stocks
We recommend that you speak to your accountant. You will incur an income tax and this will be reported as a W-2. You can elect to file an 83(b) and suggest that you speak to your accountant to determine the best options.
No, there are no fees associated with these stocks. As long as you meet the $500 yearly spend within our store, you will receive the stocks without any additional fees.
The stocks that you receive in Ouragins will be Restricted Stock Units (RSU). These RSUs do not require a financial transaction to occur to transfer the stocks to another party. Unlike a stock option, you do not have to purchase these stocks. There is no strike price associated with RSUs. These types of stock are given to you upon completion of your performance clause ($500 yearly spend) according to the vesting schedule.
At the conclusion of the year, you will receive an email from KoreConX (our transfer agent) to set up your account and process your stocks.
You have 1 year from 4/16/22, the date that the recruitment period for Ouragins Elite ends. You will have until April 16th to meet your spend each year.
The Ouragins Elite referral period will end on 4/15/22. You have until 11:59 pm PT to get your referrals and climb the leaderboard.
At launch, Ouragins has a pre-money valuation of $1.47 per share.

No! There is no purchase necessary. Every person that signs up with an email from your personal referral link will be attributed towards you. They only need to provide an email address and complete the sign up process.
